Dhusomareb fighting may cause humanitarian crisis

Mogadishu 02 January, 2010 ::
A fighting broke today in the morning in Dhusomared the
capital City of Galgudud province Central Somalia
between Alshabab and Ehlu Sunna Waljamea.
No
body knows the real casualty, but again sources at
Dhusomareb are indicating that there were mass
displacement of civilians as many families started to
fled following of fear of regrouping and re-attack of
Al-shabab who were defeated in the fighting today.
The Somali Journalist Rights Agency (SOJRA) is worrying
a humanitarian disaster should humanitarian agencies
don’t take urgent measure to help the new IDP from
Dhusomareb today. Most of the IDPs went towards Abudwak
district and Guri-el.
SOJRA sent four (4) journalists from Abudwak to Guri-El
to get more information of the situation of the IDPs and
the current situation of the fighting.
